The
electrical condition of plant equipment is as important
as their mechanical condition. Electrical failure can
be as catastrophic as the worst mechanical breakdown.
Using state-of-the-art equipment we collect and analyze
up to 8 separate parameters to determine motor condition.
We test both AC and DC motors and coils. Fault analysis
includes power quality, power circuit, insulation, stator,
rotor and air gap eccentricity. Testing includes phase-phase
resistance and inductance, phase-ground resistance and
capacitance. TPM helps to reduce unplanned shutdowns from
premature motor failures and decrease motor repair and
replacement costs. |
