Field
engineers gather data from machinery such as motors, gearboxes,
fans, compressors, pumps and presses. The data is then
analyzed with previously gathered information and is trended
to form new data. This new data is used to determine such
problems as misalignment, mass unbalance, bearing defects
and resonance. By identifying possible defects TPM warns
the customer of impending problems. This allows our customer
time to order replacement parts, schedule maintenance,
reduce production downtime and extend the life of their
equipment. All technicians and field engineers are certified
Vibration Specialists by the Vibration Institute. |
